What Is an eSIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital version of a traditional SIM card that is already built into a compatible device. It allows you to connect to mobile networks without inserting or replacing a physical SIM card. Simply choose a data plan, receive the QR Code by email, and install it on your phone before travelling.
Once your selected activation date arrives, turn on the eSIM and Data Roaming to connect to a supported local network at your destination. Depending on the location, device, and available network, you can access mobile data through 4G or 5G coverage. Your primary SIM can remain installed, so you can continue using your usual WhatsApp account and apps while using the eSIM for internet access.
