1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- eSIM has not been activated
Refunds are only applicable if the eSIM QR code has not been installed or activated on any device. - Cancellation request (time-based)
Customers may request a refund at least 1 day before the visit/activation date to receive up to 100% refund.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- The eSIM has been installed, activated, or used
- Refund request is made less than 1 day before the visit/activation date
- The device is not compatible with eSIM
- The device is carrier-locked (not unlocked)
- The customer fails to check device compatibility before purchase
- Network quality issues (signal strength, speed, coverage) beyond our control
Important:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Their device supports eSIM
- Their device is unlocked (not restricted to a specific carrier)
No refunds will be issued for incompatibility issues.

3. Nature of eSIM Product
- eSIM is a digital product (QR code) delivered via email
- There is no physical SIM card
- Therefore, physical defects do not apply

- Approved refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
