1. Product Description

  • eSIM is a digital product delivered in the form of a QR code via email
  • No physical SIM card will be shipped
  • Each QR code can only be used once (one-time installation)
  • Once installed, the eSIM cannot be transferred to another device

2. Compatibility & Device Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that their device:
    • Supports eSIM technology
    • Is carrier-unlocked (not locked to a specific operator)
  • eSIMTravel.id is not responsible for:
    • Device incompatibility
    • Locked devices
    • Incorrect installation by the user
  • No refund will be provided for compatibility issues

3. Activation & Usage

  • eSIM activation may occur:
    • Upon first installation, or
    • Based on scheduled activation date (depending on the product)
  • The validity period:
    • Starts from activation date
    • Is calculated based on the selected package (e.g. daily usage / total data)
  • Some packages are subject to:
    • Fair Usage Policy (FUP) (e.g. daily high-speed limit)

4. Delivery

  • eSIM QR code will be sent to the customer’s registered email address
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Entering the correct email address
    • Checking inbox, spam, or junk folder
  • eSIMTravel.id is not responsible for:
    • Incorrect email input by the customer
    • Delayed delivery due to system or third-party issues (though we will assist)

5. Usage Policy

  • The service depends on local network providers
  • Network quality (speed, coverage, stability) may vary depending on:
    • Location
    • Device
    • Network conditions
  • eSIMTravel.id does not guarantee:
    • Constant signal availability
    • Maximum speed at all times

6. Refund & Cancellation

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • eSIM has not been installed or activated
    • Request is submitted at least 1 day before activation/visit date
  • No refund will be issued if:
    • eSIM has been used or installed
    • Device is not compatible
    • Request is made too close to activation date

7. Limitation of Liability

eSIMTravel.id shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, business, or connectivity
  • Issues caused by third-party network providers

We provide customer support to assist with:

  • Installation guidance
  • Activation issues
  • Network troubleshooting
